How to Get from Manila to Clark Airport: Budget Routes and Tips

Traveling between Manila and Clark International Airport (CRK) has become highly efficient, thanks to reliable point-to-point (P2P) bus routes. If you are trying to navigate this commute on a budget, here is a practical breakdown of how the system works.

How do I get to Clark Airport via commute?

The most reliable and budget-friendly way to reach Clark Airport from Metro Manila is by using the Premium P2P Bus Services operated by Genesis Transport. These buses bypass local terminals and take the highway directly toward Pampanga, which avoids a significant amount of traffic.

How do I go to SM Clark from Manila?

You do not need to book a separate trip for this. Most Genesis P2P buses running from Manila to Clark Airport make a standard stop at the SM Clark Transport Hub right before completing their run at the airport terminal.

Pro-Tip:

SM Clark is a massive shopping mall located right outside the airport zone (about a 15-minute drive from the terminal).

If your flight is late in the evening and you have several hours of spare time, you can get off at SM Clark before taking a short ride to the terminal.

SM Clark is one of the largest and most vibrant shopping malls in the Central Luzon region. It features a massive selection of international and local retail brands (such as Uniqlo and H&M), a huge SM Supermarket, a department store, a modern cinema complex, and a vast food court offering everything from authentic Filipino cuisine to global fast-food chains.

Is there a P2P bus from Naia to Clark?

Yes, this is the most common route for travelers. Genesis Transport operates a direct P2P service from NAIA Terminal 3 (Arrival Area) straight to Clark Airport.

While some official portals or older online schedules might still display a fare of 400 , the rate has recently increased. The actual current price is 450 PHP.

You do not need to buy a ticket beforehand. Passengers board the bus first, and the conductor will collect the cash payment once the journey begins.

Genesis has also introduced a route from PITX (Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange) to Clark Airport for 480 PHP, which also stops at NAIA Terminal 3 to pick up passengers.

Victory Liner does operate P2P buses to Clark Airport, but not from Manila. Their direct Clark routes primarily serve northern regions like Subic and Dagupan. If you are coming from Metro Manila, Genesis Transport remains your only direct choice.

If you are planning a multi-city itinerary that includes the beaches of Subic Bay, Victory Liner’s P2P bus is highly convenient. It runs directly between Harbor Point Mall in Subic and Clark Airport, with tickets priced at around 250 PHP.

What if you accidentally take a regular Victory Liner from Manila?

Victory Liner has massive terminals in Cubao and Pasay that head north toward Baguio or Dagupan. If you accidentally board one of these regular buses instead of a dedicated airport P2P, you will need to get off at the Dau Common Terminal in Mabalacat. From Dau, you will have to grab a local jeepney or a Grab trike/car to enter the Clark Airport zone, which adds extra stress and transit time.

If you are staying closer to Quezon City, you can easily catch the Genesis P2P bus at the Genesis Transport Cubao Terminal, which is located at 704 EDSA corner New York Avenue. The fare for this route is 350 PHP.

Before heading straight north to Clark, these buses typically make a quick stop at Trinoma Mall along North Avenue to pick up additional passengers, making it another convenient boarding option if you are already in the area or coming from the MRT station.
